This movie is getting a hard time from some reviewers but I was entertained. Of course, Robert DeNiro gave the whole film a boost of gravitas but Sebastian Maniscalco was silly and charming as usual. Their father-son relationship was touching and believable. My husband and I often laughed out loud throughout. 'About My Father' was the fun escape we were hoping for.
