I don’t understand why adding a 1/4 cup chopped green onion looks a lot like a cup, or why rubbing in 1/2 teaspoon of salt looks an awful lot like 1 Tablespoon. You are falsifying the visual effect to make it look better on TV? It’s weird and makes me distrustful of creating the same visual appeal of my table using your measures. I’m certain that my plates made with your recipes won’t look anything like your presentation.
