Man is a selfish being. We would not have batted an eyelid when we squatted a mosquito or a Cockroach, the reason being self preservation. This movie portrays how the system protects itself at the cost of poor, irrespective of whether they were in the wrong or not. It is a great depiction of what happens in the police stations, they are ruthless, like the butcher in a meat shop there are no feelings. They just follow orders, and consider it as their duty. That is the reason why it is so important to have honest officers at the top, otherwise the darkness in the system can be seen via this movie. it is very courageous of the fourth person who survived this ordeal to come out in the open write a book and inspire a movie to be shot. I am extremely happy that the system is not all that dark now given chandrashekhar still survives till date The caste system is highly prevalent in police stations. Kudos to the direction good job to all the actors., A must watch movie The dreams of an honest poor men are quashed most of the time.
