First of all, Mahanati is a movie that keeps you thinking and wondering about the real life of the legendary actress Savitri even after you're done watching the movie. It is very touching and moving. It is fabulously directed by Nag Ashwin. I don't think there was a single dull moment in the movie. Now comes the performances- Keerthy Suresh's best performance! She is absolutely amazing and suits very aptly to the role of Savitri. Dulqeer Salman was great too,so were the other actor's. Mahanati is the best biopic in Telugu Film Industry and we're gonna have to wait for quite a long time till another movie is made of this caliber. Truly a masterpiece and one of the best Telugu films

This movie doesn't feel like it was made with a mere budget of 25Cr+ just like 'Kantara' this film outshines any biggy film. No way this film is perfect but the attempt by the makers, artists involved in this film deserve a big applaud to pull it off. Having 24x times less budget than lord "ADIPURUSH" film what Prashanth has achieved is nothing less than extraordinary. I see this film along with "Minnal-Murali" as stepping stones for what is going to come in future years in our Indian Cinema. Heartily grateful to all the filmmakers from southern India who gave the confidence to every filmmaker in India including Bollywood(though they lack soul in movies). Big shout out to Sir S S Rajamouli, he is the one who started it all when nobody dared/thought. Indian rooted historical stories are much more richer than any other stories you can read/find anywhere. If filmmakers in India don't capitalize on this then the day is not far that Hollywood and others filmmakers around the world will dig deep in our culture and make it their own just like "Game of Thrones" inspired heavily from "Mahabharata" just the treatment is different. A must watch film for those who are not familair with Indian culture... Facts might be wrong which is not the intention of the film but the depiction of fiction/story/history is great... Looking forward for "Jai Hanuman" movie

A smartly-written screenplay and perfect editing which keeps you hooked even in the partly sluggish second half make this Telugu film worth watching. It conveys the honest portrayal of the urban single father, who struggles with his past to make a brighter future, touching on contemporary marriage and parenting issues. The film boasts of great performances where a riveting Jayaram ends up as another example of Malayalam cine artists doing bigger in other territories, just like the composer Hesham Abdul Wahab who has done a pretty fine job with songs. Mrunal Thakur revisits her 'Sitha Ramam' magic with some extra melodrama, and Angad Bedi is surprising. While Nani is wonderful, where he matches well with the popular tag given to him 'Natural Star'. Do watch it with your family

RRR review : Powerful and Emotional Action Drama. My rating : 3.75/5 Performances : NTR and Ram Charan have competed with each other in giving the best performances to date. Their meeting, confrontational scenes together are completely new and exciting for the audience. It is needless to say how Rajamouli makes his actors look well built, but the emotions and the body language are so well given by the actors.
