Okay. My mom used this kit and notorized all the documents and I am her executor. They do NOT hold legal water AT ALL.
We are in probate. This info that Suze Orman put together and is selling - is laughable. Save your money and get an attorney to do this correctly and spare your family the pain and suffering of thinking things are in order to find out they are NOT. Suze Orman, you should be ashamed. Bad on you.
