I find myself excited about watching a show again. I like sci-fi and fantasy. I keep telling my mind to allow the story to unfold, even when there are gaps in the script (i.e. in one episode how likely is it the right version of the right people from the right reality are able to see each other when in all other realities, the people are unaware of each other). What I like is that there is a Scully and Mulder vibe between the two agents. The two main characters have experienced a lot, and they desperately want to trust one another and do the right thing. It's especially important to me that this show isn't needlessly sexualized and jammed up with a lot of violence. The acting is skillful. There is enough mystery in each episode to keep me wanting to find out what happens next. My biggest fear is that each time I really like a show with an otherworldly element, it gets cancelled after a season or two (i.e. Touch, Forever, God Friended Me).
