Overall i liked this movie it was pretty funny, but i would’ve liked it even more if they also talked about islamophobia that exist all around the world or if they had more islamic figures, parents more muslims, because all the alcohol that was in the scene wasn’t halal at all, the fact that the “muslim” dad was doing cocain before, the mom that hasn’t had enough scenes at all i would’ve liked a mother, daughter talk about marriage, the sex talk, but also the fact that they had sex before marriage, but also the dinner scene when both families had dinner and the dad wanted to do a “grace” was completely false we dont do that we need to say bismillah but that’s it, we dont have the same tradition as Christians so i don’t know why they did that, i know that not all Muslims are the same but i just think that it was pretty “American” movie and if in movies u wanna talk about islam u should do it right or not at all.
