I’m not really a big film watcher but I must say that this is special. The production is not slick as many modern films are, it feels really authentic and almost like a home movie but the atmosphere and settings are very convincing. The film is in German/Russian with English sub titles but this does not diminish the viewing experience. I dont see how anyone could fail to be moved by this; a real unappreciated gem.
