Very hard to get a hold of to make an appointment. Very inconsistent and shady on prices. They come up with random prices and up charges based on your dog breed. Oh yeah they take advantage of that. Charged me $140 for a hair cut one week and the next visit was a bath only and charged me $110 after spending less time at my house per the video camera. Total scam on prices and rude when questioned about it. You have choices. Choose elsewhere.
