If I could put a minus 10 I would my husband goes down to fort lauderdale twice a month to see his doctors for him being sick because his insurance does not cover the doctors where we live the doctors office canceled his appointment from Thursday to Friday we'll greyhound refuse to switch his ticket from those two days told him he would have to pay $27 more dollars to do it or cancel the ticket and get his refund and then buy the ticket for Friday well greyhound gave him a $8 dollar refund and he can not make it to his specialists for his appointment because he used his last amount of money for this trip. When he ask Ray for his supervisor he refused to give him the next person above him was rude and then hung up on him. Greyhound has gone down hill we have used greyhound for years never again I rather take the train for more money hope once the station is build out in the treasure coast they put the greyhound out of business rude group of employees they need a class in costumer service.
