Goldie Fatale

The is painfully slow. The 25% of the book gets interesting and you think, hey maybe we will get an exorcism but then, nope. The author talks a lot about being poor and a single mom without any experience in it or she would have mentioned wic or trying to get public housing. She starts strong with the main characters experience with an overly conservative family but this isn't explored much. The book reads kinda like an old Gothic romance without the romance. I only finished this because I bought it.

The people reviewing this book are pretty ignorant of history, I sit here shocked. It is also painfully obvious that many who reviewed the book did not read it. I am afraid you will need to read the book yourself, I have trouble some of the more liberal people reviewing this book, read it. Like everything these days, the review falls along party lines.
