I think it makes no sense. Who makes gremlins smoke and drink? This is the most confusing movie ever. At one point there was a sad moment and then next you see the gremlins smoking tobacco. I think this movie isn’t even for kids at this point, and gosh, the amount of drinks these guys can take is… pretty hard to believe I’d say. But anyway, the director really thought it would be horror, love and comedy. It’s not.
