Barbara did a fantastic job of putting this book together! It was an easy read and took the reader back to the time which the "Ladies of the Line" did double time of supporting the War Effort and keeping the home fires burning. I especially enjoyed the historical references and the book was hard to put down. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys local history and just a darn good read.
