The number one thing a successful show or movie must possess are characters that we care about. After one season I can safely say I don't care about any of them. I don't root for any of them. A show like Yellowstone has equally despicable characters but at least they fight for a cause a lot of us care about (family, preservation, justice, etc.). I enjoy the villainy and backstabbing, but if you don't care who "wins" what's the point?
