Made on a very sensitive theme… It’s overrated… unnecessarily dragged. It shows Indian police complete incompetent. The terrorists do what they want and unless they are out numbered and weary police is not able to gun them down.. the Hawaldar actually threw himself to capture Kasab, not Kasab suddenly shot him… a journalist who just want to deliver on a story is vindicated at the end who is shown as a reason to draw terrorists to hospital. The man who leaks out all info to journalists who is equally responsible to get the terrorists to hospital is also vindicated cuz he, after all the stupidity and prejudiced things he did, chose to stay back with patient. This could have been wrapped up in 4 episodes, journalist’s angle wasn’t even required. Anyway, watched it for Raina, but regret it now.

It's rare to see an LGBT themed show or a movie getting a rating of 8 pointer in IMDB, and this one is well deserved! The love story is very touching, Anne struggle throughout to find that one person who would take sacraments with her, is overwhelming. Suranne made Anne come out so alive onscreen, such a performance, and Sophie was too, impeccable. Good thing is that - the show focuses more on the love story itself than on love scenes, delicate though, unlike many other shows which quite often do that to pull audience.

Amazing movie! It tell what goes right and what goes wrong if you're a strong independent woman, whether or not you need a man in your life, or what happens when you get carried away with your love for your child. What is expected out of a woman and a man when they are pursuing their dreams and travelling the world, how family adjusts to success of a man but expects woman to be a homemaker first. At the end, it tries to give a message that you have right to live your life the way you want and no one has a right to stop you from doing that. Lovely movie, and Vidya Balan nails it as Shakuntala Devi!
