Aquaman, the sixth movie of the unofficially named DCEU is finally here on the surface. Directed by James Wan, who has never failed to deliver blockbuster movies. After the mixed reactions of BvS, SS and JL, DCEU was in desperate need of a hit movie to entertain critics, general audience and to regain DC fans, who lost interest after the “Frankenstein” version of Justice League. Splash! Here comes Aquaman with its stunning visuals and powerful performance. It absolutely delivers to its hype. It is funny and one of the great things about the movie is it embraces its campy nature and goofiness & doesn’t take itself too seriously. The acting is one of the strong aspects of the movie. Jason Momoa and Amber Heard outdid themselves with their brilliant performance as Arthur Curry and Mera respectively.

This movie Is mixture of good and bad. As vouched in the media reports and trailer, this movie does deliver on spellbinding cinematography, direction, action packed sequences and projection of the mass hero. However, a film does not stand merely on these aspects. There is a story to this movie, its worth making a cinema, but sometimes in the second half it starts losing its steam. I personally felt second half Could have been shortened. It loses the grip on the audience bacause of that slight distraction. I don't want to be negative here, but it's like any other South Indian film, done on a grander scale. It does not bring anything new to the film making. It's all about a hero rising from Ashes Creating his empire against an enemy etc, the stuff that we see almost on daily basis in the Hindi dubbed versions of telagu movies.

Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran Most people don’t even know that the film is based on the nuclear bomb test explosions conducted by the Indian Army at Pokhran in 1998, under the leadership of India’s former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Due to poor marketing, the film didn’t reach to so many audience. Hats off to the legendary ex president /rocket man, APJ Abdul Kalam and the highly revered, the then PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee's government who forced India's dream to become a superpower and a world reality.

How’s the Josh , “ HIGH SIR !! ” This is what the movie URI left me with. An out and out must watch , thrilling and well made film by Aditya Dhar. Things to ignore while watching : The debatable release timing , unnecessary dramatization in the form of an ailing mother , a widow striving to prove her patriotism to her dead husband , laughable way of selecting drones from DRDO etc. What I liked most about URI , is that it is a brilliant reminder of the risks and struggles undergone by our army at the borders , while we enjoy in our plush offices and crib about everything wrong going around in the nation. It also highlights the changing India which took undertook some bold decisions after years of being defensive ,after the URI strikes in September , 2016. Also , many people are alleging that the movie glorifies war and this movie in no way does that. It was more about how India stood to fight against it enemies and give them a stern warning to stop messing with us.The movie was very gripping and I was always like what is going to happen next.

The first reaction which came after watching The Accidental Prime Minister movie is, Sir Manmohan Singhji was not a weak man but a Victim of dirty politics. He could have done lot of good work but his party didn't allow him to. The Movie is nothing but a detailed version of the trailor. All important dialogues are in the trailor. So nothing new in the movie. Maybe the makers tried to play it safe. They conveyed the main content briefly. So that if the movie gets banned or is stopped, they have conveyed what Sanjay Baru had written. Here and there we could feel scenes have been cut and dialogues are muted intentionally. I don't remember to have seen the scene ' agar aap Pakistan ke saath samjhauta karenge to naye Prime minister kya karenge ". Please let me know in comments section if it was there. overall, it was a good one

, This latest adaptation of Hamlet has a lot of taste-makers, which together make a soup of all, and leaves a strange taste in the mouth. This is not a story of Kashmir, but a story which happens in Kashmir. A story full of brilliant performances and picturesque cinematography. A story with strong characters and stronger emotions. A story which gets an instant applause at the end. In terms of adaptions, this would be a long remembered one. I'd say that while Haider is a brilliant Shakespearan reconstruction, it also has themes of Orwellian ideas in it. The existence of mass graves, detention centers, disappeared people, torture camps, and a police state on Indian soil with all the freedoms of the Indian constitution is nothing short of the Orwellian notion of doublethink. Another example of doublethink is when a lawyer advises a grieving father of a detained person to sue his son so that at least he goes to court and hence won't 'disappear'. Indict someone with a crime to prove he's innocent. Classic doublethink.

Performances: Inaamulhaq impresses in his role of Major Khalaf Bin Zayd. Prakash Belawadi is Awesome as George Kutti. Nirmat Kaur is first rate, this is her yet another excellent performance after the much acclaimed 'The Lunchbox'. Akshay Kumar is in great form as he brings the fictional character of Ranjit Katiyal alive on the silver screen. This is one of his best work till date. Recommendation: Must Watch for those Indian citizens who stay abroad. Some important lessons on how things could change based on political scenarios of the world around you. It also tells you what it takes to become a leader. Awesome!

Singham was different. Ajay Devgan as the lead was with good physique and potential for wreckage, but he was not distant. He could be broken. He felt humbled and sorrow could touch him. Tears on him felt real and not plastic as in Salman’s movie. Along with the emotional touch, Rohit Shetty performed the best car wrecking brute action. That made Singham an instant success. He tried using the same formula on a grander scale in Singham returns. Singham is now transferred to Mumbai and gets to play a very important role on a larger landscape. One of his loyal and honest cop’s dead body is caught along with copious amounts of money, and that gets him involved in some nasty political war. Singham Returns is definitely bigger, but not necessarily better. The action is good

Well, frankly speaking I don’t agree with the reviews all around the film. They are citing this as Rohit Shetty’s finest work, a solid masala entertainer but I think it’s a target missed film. I’ll not talk about the story which is directly taken from Temper and that’s the biggest plus point of the movie. Also, really liked how Rohit Shetty used all the supporting actors in this story. Coming to my experience, I had not watched Temper (Simmba is adapted from it) and had bigger expectations than what I saw on the big screen. I’m a big masala entertainer fan and a fan of Ranveer Singh’s antic and Rohit Shetty’s Singham universe (the first one) and hence was expecting a lot after watching the trailer. But Rohit Shetty’s finest work will still remain as Golmaal and Singham.

Zero Review: A great concept needs an equally skillful execution, but not every good story gets the treatment it deserves. Zero has a story with an interesting and inspiring concept that doesn’t hold back with its outrageousness. This Meerut-to-Mars romance dabbles with ideas of science, interplanetary travel and closer to home, conventional themes like unrequited and great love. In doing so, the film tries to put forth too many ideas and doesn’t quite do justice to any one. Some of the visuals and romantic moments are striking, but most of them disappear as quickly as a shooting star. one time watch;))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
