I almost couldn't watch this debacle. The Brothers saved it, The one Judge who claims Texas BBQ but cooks in Cali that's laughable. Everyone knows You can not get Texas BBQ without Texas woods. I did not see a single contestant cooking real BBQ. They started the show cooking Pork Butts and Pork Belly , Cherry Cola Ribs , Asparagus , Grits. Lol I am really laughing out loud at the moment. Y'all got the Green egg smokers lol. Y'all had someone from Georgia , Carolina , New Orleans hahahaha, Competition BBQ is not REAL BBQ. I can't even , this guy just fried bananas as plantains what the actual heck is going on. , Hahaha smoked asparagus people what ! Y'all OMG A BBQ plate from scratch in 5 hours should had been Smoked Chicken Half , Smoked Ribs , Mac & Cheese , BBQ Baked Beans, Banana Pudding. This was ridiculous to watch episode 1 was trying my patience
