Not that good of a film. My employee was very hype by what he read about the movie, so I was looking for to it, but it was a let down. Not that much horror, not that much suspense, it was so what well acted and the film was well shot, in interesting ways, but that was it. I didn't flinch once during the movie, I had been told this was a supernatural thriller, but no supernatural thrills to be found. Nicholas Cage was not that much in the film. Sorry, this is not a good movie, watch it for how it was shot, but that is about it. Acting was OK but otherwise, not that good of a film beside the different shots.

I thought Shazam was a pretty solid film, a bit stupid and silly at times, but I didn't think it was bad, it was a film with a bit of heart and the heart showed through many times in the film. I have been a Lucy Lu fan for a long time as well as Helen Mirren fan from her days on PBS Mystery, so I enjoyed both on them in the film, even if it was not their speciality. I was glad to have Shazam going to be part of the Justice Society, which I assume will set the tone for the re-entry of the Justice League down the line. I think there is such a negative population out in the movie-verse about superhero movies these days, that don't allow a film to be "Fun", and will just put out negative reviews to downgrade movies for no real reasons besides to hurt genre. Shazam is Ok, not great movie making, but it was fun and hopefully the Shazams stay in the plans for the future DC Universe.

Solid movie, a bit slow in the opening, but picked up some pace as the movie continued. Beautiful to view and laid the ground work for the future films. I have never high on the first film, but this one is better. 3 hours is too long, but not painful to watch. I will watch again, have never seen the original Avatar for a 2nd time so this one is better.

Solid film, not quite as good as the first film, but still a good show. This was a split film, the coming of the new Black Panther as well as the introduction of Namor and his civilization, and it seems the two groups will meet again, maybe in Fantistic Four film or some other launching of new team or character. Most certainly, the US will be involved, maybe an X-Men vechicle as well. A lot of potential here and it had a good start here, and we are not sure if Wakanda and Namor will be allies or enimies in the future. Hope I find out before I am too old to follow all the details. Many of us 1960s comic fans are getting old if you actually follow the comics back then. LOL...the sequels come too slow now, we got too spoiled by the Lord of the Rings films that came out one per year, but they shot all the films at the same time. That is not done much anymore.

This was a mixed bag to me, the acting was good, but the movie moved at a slow pace and the supporting cast was not that strong. The interaction between the leads was nice, but not much energy to the film. Not quite clear on the ending as well. I would not see again, but I am not sorry I went to see it. It was OK but I was hoping for a bit more.

Not sure what Rotten Tomatoes critics see, this was a terrible movie. It was hard for me not to walk out on this film.

I enjoyed Super Pets, it was fairly funny, with some good animation action. It was the best animated film I have seen in 2022. Good characters, the super heroes were not overdone, the pets were the stars of the movie. I would watch again if I didn't have anything else to see. 4 Stars.

Better than most of the reviews in my opinion, not a great film but it was enjoyable to me, with some good visuals and a story that started a bit slowly, but built upon itself as it went. I felt the acting was better than average, the script may have been a bit weak, but the acting carried what they had fairly well. Some good horror scenes, nothing to make you jump, but some decent mood and atmosphere. Maybe a bit old fashion horror film than the more modern horror movie. 3 Stars for me, not something I would watch again, but I don't feel bad about viewing it.

Average at best, I had high hopes after seeing the previews that Samuel Jackson would carry the film but it wasn't that funny. The "Dog" was the best character, but cutest was carried the kitten characters. I made it through the film, but just barely.

The most violent Marvel Disney+ series so far. Which actually wins a few points for me for the series, up to this point, most of the series have felt like a Disney movie, a bit too bland. The battle back and forth between the lead character's split personality is the best part of the series, as well as its biggest weakness. Gets a bit old after awhile. I still like Loki and Hawkeye better, but Moon Knight is just a step behind them. The darkest series as well.
