Hilariously funny. Period. Is Howerton character an awful lot like his Always Sunny character? Absolutely. Seems to me all involved were smart enough to take the narcissistic, unlikeable yet loveable character from Always Sunny and transform him into another character in a different show. Who cares bc it works. Supporting cast is fantastic. The end result is a hilarious show. I think AS fans should not feel disloyal, keep an open mind, enjoy Howerton's subtle as well as overt comic performance, and just enjoy this show for what it is. Make you laugh TV.
