AJ Nickell

This would be okay by 1995 movie standards but this was made in 2018; this is not okay. The story is weak, the characters are 2-dimensional, and the lead actor has been reduced to a prop. I don't know why DC rushes to make films when they are clearly not ready to invest in the world of their characters, let their lead actors make interesting choices, or hire screenwriters from this century. All in all, not enough Mamoa, no compelling story or plot, and too much reliance on spectacle. If you like disappointment, this film is for you.
