Absolutely amazing movie, a must-watch. The animation was beautiful, the story was amazing. I don't understand why people are so worked up about this. Sure, there is a lot of violence, but I feel like everything else should be exposed to not just kids, but adults too. It gives us a chance to learn about, and understand, the struggles that LGBTQ+ people go through everyday, and the attempted suic*de scene is just a representation of what can happen to individuals when shunned and outcast by society. I feel like this movie is an amazing way to introduce these topics to everyone, and allow us to learn to be more accepting. If i could give 6 stars i would.
