The scenery of the mountains is absolutely beautiful, I will give it that. As a former snow-bum, it takes me back to my younger days for sure... The character animation is so-so... Carving back and forth while snowboarding in particular. It doesnt look right. I really wish they had an actual first person view, instead of a major fish-eye go-pro view. I mean, REALLY?? The trick controls are awful though. The devs should play some Skate 3. All you need to do to land is release the buttons early enough. Its also WAY too easy. I've gotten Gold, first try on just about all the challenges, and Ive only been playing for an hour. Other control aspects suck too. If you accidentally go into mountain view mode, you have to start your line over. You cant just go back to your run... Once again... REALLY? It could be a really great game, if they spent some time working on the controls, and added at least a LITTLE bit of challenge to it.
