If you don't understand cats then you won't understand this film. Singing, acting, costume, actually everything was truly magical. You have to immerse yourself into the film and see it from a cat's point of view. Judi Dench is beautiful as usual. Now I'm not a great fan of Swift, but she delivered a killer, albeit brief performance. As for Hudson, her singing was on point. It's hard to keep a dry eye when that song was sung. It's a bit slow to start but it does pick up. Watch out for the track tap dancing; now that's brilliant!
