It is hard putting a review of this series into words. Growing up in Sicily and having visited Naples multiple times this show has captivated me! Brilliantly written with nostalgic scenery, captivating characters portrayed over decades, depictions of hard daily southern Italian life and political unrest I hate to see this series end. The author has surpassed literary mastery with her novel. Bellissima storia raccontata!
