I wanted to like the show because I like several of the actors, but it’s terrible. I’m not southern, but surely the accents are terrible. The acting is like how great actors mimic terrible actors. The music is nice, but I kept skimming through the scenes looking for a song. I see all the good reviews and I wonder what show other people saw. Maybe it’s because there are kids or finally a conservative show other than Last Man Standing, but praising the acting seems like denial. Better to rewatch something else then waste a second on this monstrosity.
