I am Very disappointed, you advertise $65. Rooms and Pet Friendly, well that is FALSE! Upon arriving at 11 pm found out the advertised price was thru an online service, so I was charged $100. (For one person) and $25. For my pet Cat! I brought in her litter box and food, right by the front desk, found out the remote didn’t work so an employee came to fix the tv and saw Buddy and said ‘O Sorry, we don’t allow CATS! Is a Cat not a Pet? Long story short She had to spend the night in my car and in the morning when I spoke with a manager about it I was told there would be no refund coming!!! And that this happens all the time, really? So why not FIX it?? Change your policy or your Website advertising!!! Besides, the room had an odor when I arrived but it was late and i didn’t want to move so I sprayed perfume!
