Lake Neill

first off, casting sophie thatcher was perfect. You could tell that a lot of thought went into the writing and portrayal of each character, which was done exceptionally well for such short episodes. I also think that they really made the show feel more realistic than other teen dramas, though things felt far too fast paced and characters didn’t seem to develop as slowly as they should’ve, but those are the limitations that being a short series with short episode brings. Overall, great show, I do think it would’ve flowed smoother and felt more natural had the episodes been 20-40 long, still being a limited series, but was a great show for what they had
