I wasn’t expecting much based on the trailer. I went because it was a fun thing to do with a group of girlfriends and we dressed in pink and reminisced about playing with Barbies when we were young and ate pink ice-cream. And that in itself was fun and a good reason to go to the movie. The Barbie bits were as cheesy as expected from the trailer. Ken stole the show and I enjoyed the movie far more than I thought I would because of his scenes.
