Emerald Knight

I had high hopes for Army Of The Dead, but frankly, I thought it was boring. There was nothing new about it. The story, action, and outcome was about the same as any other zombie apocalypse movie. The visual effects were not the worst, but far from the best. 98% of the acting was terrible. If there was anything positive about it, it was the tiger and the makeup effects, both of which were decent. However, they can be seen in better movies. The soundtrack was aggravating. Seriously, it takes place in Las Vegas, we get it. There was absolutely no reason for every song to be a Las Vegas inspired song. Had I bought the DVD at a dollar store, I would have been grateful that I only spent a dollar on it. Edit: If you're interested in a better zombie apocalypse movie with a Las Vegas setting, watch Resident Evil: Extinction.
