This is not a copy of the original show if thats what your looking for. This is netflix telling the story in their own way, and I'm over all happy with what they have done. The fact they actually pay respects to the original show was big for me. From using the original start up theme in episode 1 to the live action look of the environment. There are some parts that come off as cheesy or corny but if you can over look that then it's a definite must watch. I personally hold the last air bender very dear, as it's gotten me through some tough times and is an amazing story to be told for a long time to come. I hope netflix can figure out a way to keep this going.

The movie was amazing. I'm not usually one who steps out of my comfort zone but my God I'm glad I did. The story, the acting, the music, the dancing, the look into someone's else culture in a different time!!!! Superb. These 2 actors just gained a live long fan.
