I feel unhappy that the young boy with cystic fibrosis appeared on your show as his mother was distressed and a young child should not be subjected to such publicity. He was being asked difficult questions about moving to Scotland which he was unhappy about and will cause him a lot of emotional distress when he is alone etc Discuss the topic with mother of course and talk to child later.
