Drops are extremely rare. You can play 100 hours and not get the enchantment or piece that you need on a piece. The pvp area is a joke, level 90 can come to level 50 areas and absolutely destroy everyone. Goblin drops are laughable. There's a reason it's overall rating is 2.2 stars right now. I loved Diablo and was really excited when this finally came out. Now I wish I could sell the game. Sad.
