SPOLIERS WARNINGS - (Halloween End) I have mixed feelings about it because Michael's demise was uninteresting. He was weak at the start of the film and transferred his soul/evil onto Corey, transforming him into the next "Shape" or temporarily. And we never see what happens to Corey, whether he dies with Michael or is still alive and ready to seek "Allyson," his next victim... But this was a bit upsetting a lot of blood/violence which is wonderful for a Slasher Film but it wasn't a major let down, but for the time being it was 100% "Underwhelming" for me after all the years we've spent watching/decoding how Michael curse works, and why/how he's still alive. Given that actors are getting older, they have aged dramatically over the last 40 years. They did their best; the writing could have gone so much better, but they recognize there are numerous limits. As he was with Laurie Strode, Michael will always have a place in our hearts. I guess we simply need to accept that "The Shape," aka Michael freaking Myers, is no longer the popular/immortal creature he once was, whether in theaters or on online streaming services you saw him on as a child, adolescent, or adult. We will never forget the name "𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙚𝙡 𝙈𝙮𝙚𝙧𝙨." Don't let this ruin your Halloween or any future Halloweens! Keep in mind that there is always a Boogeyman waiting for you...
