I bought the 149.00 version of 2k24 on release date and also bought anther 50.00 vc card and made a build. Within about 2hours of playing mycareer crashed on me and would not load and kept error coding. I tried it about 20 times and would not load. I ended up losing my player and over 200,000 vc. I contacted 2k support and they are just telling I’m out luck and there’s nothing they can do and that they might be able to restore player in future. All I asked if they credit the vc for my player. I have created another player cause I do not want to wait till whenever they figure it out to play the game I just bought. I bought another 100.00 card and carried on. All I asked for is VC credited because it was their game that error coded. This is by far one of the worst ways to handle big 2k supporter. To lose all that money on the first day of game and basically be told your out of luck is robbery. I will not let up until this matter is handled properly!
