Honestly, after the first one, I held some reasonable expectations and is ready to be wowed. This one turned out to be quite comical, even cartoonish, where the plot is extremely linear, with a lot of voiceovers to narrate the already obvious story and intention of each characters. Every person speaks their intentions in an extremely exaggerated manner as if you are watching powerpuff girl. A light entertainment if you wish, I don’t hate it, just don’t bring the DC expectation in and you’re all fine. My guess is it’s really targeted at certain market in developing countries.
