This book changed our family's lives - my husband reversed his high blood pressure, reduced his cholesterol, my hot flashes disappeared, and we're healthier than ever. I read this while on vacation, and we came home and cleared out our fridge and cupboards and went whole food plant based immediately. The book is well laid out, and has a 4-week meal plan and recipes at the back. I loved that part, as I had no idea what to cook - it was a huge help. Highly recommend this book!
