Fames Fickle

I enjoyed every bit of the series, especially the actors and acting throughout. I read most if not all of Robert G. Barrett's books many years ago and very much enjoyed every one of them, each special to me at the time. I know the mini series was loosely based on some of the stories within the books and that suited me just fine. I would never have wanted to come in contact with the characters within the books (both real and imagined) as there were many elements of truth within those 'fictional' pages, however I fell in love with everyone in the series (Eddy my favorite) including the people behind the scenes that brought the series to air. Thoroughly entertaining and well written. For me the measure of excellence is you are left wanting more (so you keep coming back) and I just could not get enough, I was literally hanging out for the next episode. Great support for new and less known Aussie actors. Well done ABC.
