I was raised in a hyper christian community, and when i say to you that i know these people, I've been to this party, I've had these conversations... when i say to you that I was TRIGGERED. This movie DID THAT. IDK how it captured it so perfectly but it did. The judgment, the suppression of sexuality, and the breathe of fresh air when just a few adults gave kids permission to just be themselves. Jesus i about stood up and applauded in my damn room alone
