I learned in my Human Resources class that there are two type people who would take the time out of their day to give a review or share their opinion about a company.
Type A:
A customer who received an amazing service and want to help the company and encourage others to do business with the company.
Type B:
The second type is a customer who received a horrible experience from a business and want to hurt the business or simply warn others from that business.
I am type A..
I love cambridge dictionary.. In my opinion, Cambridge dictionary are the best one for a person who speaks English as a second language such as myself. I have been using the website for 4 years and I feel confident to write the pros and cons of the website. Hopefully the Cambridge dictionary team take my suggestions into consideration.
Pros:
- Simple and understandable description of the word
- Simple and understandable examples
- the audio are clear and they are provided in two accents UK and USA
- Easy to navigate everything on the website
- The app works offline as well
Cons
- The App needs a lot of improvement and moderation
- The app cost $12.99 to use while other dictionary apps are free to use. However, I always use the website because it’s free to use
- Needs a lot of decorations and not appealing to the reader.
I really would love one day, I use the app instead of the website
Sincerely,
