Legendary Abs II will give you nine stages of workouts, and If you can get to the ninth workout, you will have rock hard abs. The book also includes other exercises in each workout and explains how to do them and the rest time between each use. This offer is well worth the money. Just look at the book up online if you don't believe me. If you can't do ten leg lifts at the gym, you are in bad shape. I was doing three sets of 25 by the end of this book. It also tells you the right form to use as I see many people at the gym using the wrong form when doing Leg lifts or knee-ups. This book is hard to find and is the best book for ab training that I have found. I would highly recommend it if you want six-pack abs.
