Being a fan of the Mass Effect games I was surprised this received a bad review. I will always love ME2 and ME3 over this game still as they brought something different. But if you have not played this game and a fan of the Mass Effect games it is worth a play. The game play is really good, great gameplay, funny cutscenes and gives you some freedom when on a planet to go around that planet to pick your own missions. With your main story, side missions and loyalty missions there is a lot to keep you going

I actually never was a fan of Mass Effect when I first played it, but then I tried a demo of ME2, feel in love with that so came back to Mass Effect. I think because this was a different style of game that I have not really played I didn't give it enough time, though I love my RPG and Action games. They brought a game with such a fantastic story line, freedom to move around the maps to explore and the ability to level up your team how you like. Also to build a loyalty/relationship with members of your team. A true game where your actions can please one and upset the others

I am hooked on the game, it really is fun to play. Loads of missions (main story and sidequests) so there is hours to put in the game. A massive open world map to explore (along with DLC). The Creation Club allows more contact to be added to the game to expand on it. Only issue is you MUST save often and plenty as the game can be buggy and crash all of a sudden. There is forums for help from other players.

This was a fantastic game to end this story of Mass Effect. Worth playing it from Mass Effect 1 to bring your story and character over as this will be the end of your story. Play everything you can, get everything done so you can get the best ending possible. Is all I can say. They have just worked to make ME3 better with patches because of the upset fans with the original ending. Taking the best parts of ME1 and ME2 this is a great game, the characters, the levelling up, the relationships you build and the overall game play to make a fantastic game.

I gave this a try because of the Demo on the Xbox Store and plus Team 17 made it. Honestly fell in love with it straight away that had to purchase the full game the next day. If you like something to kick back and chill with would recommend this. It has a storyline within the game but you get the farm (crops / animals), you get to cook meals and from what I seen later on in the game have your own restaurant to serve food to. I like when you plant one seed you get X amount of days before it dies and got to replant. So example your tomatoes have grown, you get tomatoes off it, you can do it the next day, the next day etc until it "dies" and you need to plant a new one It has some good humour to the game also which was a great selling point for myself.

I would recommend playing Last of Us 1 just so you can play the story, live the characters and learn what they are like as people. Do you need to play the 1st one though? Not really as the start re-tells what happened at the end of the first one and why it happened that way. Good way to bring new gamers in to this game. I have not got too far in to it, but WOW! I was waiting for the gameplay to start from the cutscene, oh wait, they look the same?! haha, me waiting there not knowing. Love the storyline so far, the characters (old and new), the way the game plays and the graphics. I can see the storyline opening up a lot more but I am very interested to find out how this will play out This is the kind of game will tell you how it is, but NEVER ANY SPOILERS as you just need to play it for yourself.
