I'll be completely honest, I don't normally write reviews but I'm writing this for people like me that might be looking for a movie and would pass this up because it isn't as well known as most, so here goes my average joe review:
I originally when starting this movie thought it was a low budget film with a great plot idea but it was a bit corny and didn't have a big production team behind it or well known actors. I want to tell you in the first 20 minutes it will feel like this, but bear with it, get past the corny low budget aspect and wait for the part where the time travel starts. That's when it actually gets interesting. It is interesting because it makes you think about what you'd do. Don't expect amazing cinematography or action packed scenes, don't expect amazing acting either, it doesn't have that. But what it DOES have is genuine actors and a meaningful plot, and it makes you feel warm in the end that you feel the main character made the best with their use of time travel. It's a little bittersweet but it's also a warm landing so if you are looking for a movie that is a little interesting and makes you think about time travel AND parallel versions of oneself, it's free so sit down, maybe grab some food, and enjoy it. Don't expect Tom Cruise to show up but don't give up on it either it's pretty good and if it is low budget I'd say they did a great job with the budget they had. To be honest it's the best low budget film I've ever seen (not including Napolean Dynamite that thing won the lotto with low budget films I still have no idea how they made such a classic).
There it is, I said it, and right after watching it too :) Hope you enjoy it, I honestly do recommend watching it.
