This show needs to go back to its roots and measure dancing quality rather than star popularity. Its name "Dancing with the Stars" should mean something. My suggestion is for the quarter-finals onward, all scores are based upon judges' scores and audience scoring is ignored. At very least the best couples make it to the finals. As nice a guy as he is Bobby did not deserve to be dancing beyond week 3.
