Jane Goodwin

Pretty much the lowest of the low Masterpiece (Master-race) shows. It’s so obvious when it isn’t Austen’s voice. I just can not care for any of the characters. All of a sudden Season 2 happened & storylines, characters seemed to disappear in thin, very thin, air. Pretty interiors, diversity in the characters (the only good thing about it) - women feeling their oats can’t save it when there’s not a lot of substance & it’s so fractured. Jane was caught rolling over in her grave its first season - no matter how cute Theo James was - one of the disappearing acts off to better shows.
