What a woeful film, the storyline, the un catchy songs.. it was painful to sit through. That’s 1.5hr I won’t get back. Why is Wonka and Noodle American and everyone else British? The entire script is amateurish, there are holes and inconsistencies all over the shop. Timothee Chalamet is not the sensational actor he’s falsely been called. Terrible film, terrible acting, terrible direction.

It started off good but then it became ridiculous. So improbable and so far fetched, it actually annoyed me that I’d invested in the first half of the book only to be extremely disappointed. Save your money. It’s not worth the paper it’s printed on
