Due to bombardment of ads and trailers every 5 minutes on CNN for Helix Videotron showing most of the film already, not only am I not going to watch it but I actually hate it because too many ads and again another film is ruined by overload of trailers showing key parts so nothing left to watch. Same for new Spider-Man.
Too bad distributors don't realize by showing too much of the movie in ads ruins the experience, which is why I don't go to movie theaters anymore either, too expensive and too many bad trailers ruin element of surprise for most films. Just like tv, too many long repetitive ads turn curiosity into frustration and disinterest.
