This is a good show for families to watch together, but I wouldn’t choose this to watch on my own. I agree with the critiques by others that discuss flaws in the editing and not focusing on the dance enough. I felt the reactions were rather fake-I am not big into watching reaction videos though. I suppose the benefit of people talking about their struggles is more visibility on mental health, loving yourself, and how you can do more than one thing in life, but those parts are more beneficial for my kids to hear and not me. The episode where they pick super powers really benefited some, while did nothing for others and I didn’t always agree that the best dancer moved forward, but I did find their criticism and praises accurate-of course this is my opinion. If you are looking to watch to see dance as an art form, look elsewhere. If you want to hear stories of people who took different paths, but always had their love of dance accomplish life dreams or a second chance this is a good show.
