It's still the number one sub MMO for a reason... FFXIV and ESO are still FAR behind WoW in terms of player subs... FFXIV did an event that was for "10 million subs" yet it was only 10 million world wide CHARACTERS...
WoW and EQ probably have hundreds of millions.
