As many have stated, I like them began this new Star Wars Disney plus series with very low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised with the world building and characters. As I said, I had plenty of negative sentiment as I watched this but I have to say hats off to Lesslye Headland. Thus far, it appears she has crafted a good story at home in Goerge Lucas's world. Social justice headlines don't seem to be the agenda of this show, which was a concern and I'm relieved that story appears to be the focus thus far which is refreshing. I do have minor complaints. First of which, Jedi don't have boy band hairstyles, and when they use their hood, they don't wear it 50% on their head so they can show their hairstyle off. That's something that this show doesn't seem to understand. The hood is a function of stealth, and anonymity, not a fashion statement. Also, I doubt very seriously that twins separated at an early age would have identical hairstyles after they were separated for so long. We'll see where this goes. So far, as I've stated I'm pleasantly surprised and will continue to watch. Well done LH.
