I was looking forward to the new season after the success of the first two. I especially loved the fact that the dishes were judged blind which I thought gave the extra legitimacy to the show. I was wrong. When you use the description African dish it takes away any ambiguity. I just wanted the best dish to win. I didn't care who cooked it.
